Process in which your website will be created.
Initial consultation.
- You contact us thru email, phone or web form.
- We discus briefly your requirements.
- Then depending from circumstances we may decide to agree all by phone or mail or we may meet for a coffee to discuss further.
- We will ask you what kind of data content your website will contain like animation, gallery, contact form, dynamic effects, google map.
- What will be your preferred domain (website address/name) and what extension it should have?
- To show us link to a website which you like and which may be similar to this what you want to see in your design and structure of the website.
- Who will be your audience?
- Would you supply us with your own photos, graphics or videos or maybe you would prefer us to do or get them?
- What colors would you like to see on your website?
- Do you want your pages to be linked to social media like You Tube, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook etc…?
- How many pages would you like your website to have?
- Would you like to extend your website in the future?
- We will tell you how much it will cost.
Website creation fee
- If you decide to proceed with the project, we will ask you to transfer website creation fee, the whole amount to ours bank account.
- When all will be cleared we will confirm it by phone, text msg or email, after that we will start to bring your and ours ideas into real live project.
Uploading necessary files, documents, information’s, graphics and animations.
- After initial consultation,agreement and payment time for data transfer.
- We will provide you with steps depending from amount of data necessary for the project, give you access either to ours Dropbox, ftp, email or any other source where data will be able to be uploaded safely and quickly.
- There is also possibility in some cases that we will visit you personally to take data straight to ours data carriers.
- Once this step is done we will be able to start developing and designing your website.
Creation
- When all previous steps will be complete we will be able to start analyzing the data for new project. It is the first step in creation to build mind map and see what kind of technology/platform and tools need to be used for that purpose.
- We will be using all sorts of variety technologies and tools and will be in contact with you to make sure all going according to the plan.
- There is also possibility depending from the project that we will visit you in your place for camera photo-shoot or to obtain more data for the project which previously was not possible to access. We will be able to discuss then which supplied text, photos, graphics or videos belong to which page or link. Additionally we may draw links and you will be able to name them.
- We will ask you for your contact details like address, telephone numbers, mobile numbers, email address and links to social media you will want to see on your pages.
Completion of project
- Now is the time to meet again to discuss all aspects of creation. You will be able to tell us what you like or what can be improved or add.
- We will teach you how to log in and use basic settings of your website back end.
- If you are satisfied from the work we did we will ask you for good feedback on any internet rating sites which cross your way.
